KYB Americas Corp. has announced the winners of the “Win with KYB” sweepstakes promotion, which offered automotive service provider owners the opportunity to win more than $50,000 in prizes, including a new 2016 Toyota Tundra Limited pickup truck. The sweepstakes ran during September and October 2015 and winners were notified in November. To enter, service providers registered their shop at winwithkyb.com. There was no purchase necessary to win.

The grand prize was awarded to Jorge Ramirez of California Auto Repair in Van Nuys, California. Ramirez picked out his new 2016 Toyota Tundra Limited pickup truck at a local Toyota Dealership. The Tundra came equipped with KYB shocks and is valued at more than $43,000.  A press event was held on Nov. 18 in Van Nuys to officially hand the keys over to Ramirez. The two first-place prizes of a trip for two to the Historic May Race in Indianapolis were awarded to Greg’s Classic Auto in Durham, North Carolina, and The Carwash Depot & Auto Repair in Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

“‘Win With KYB’ was a treat to run and really created a buzz for the KYB brand among shop owners,” said KYB Vice President Mike Fiorito. “KYB is proud to have awarded these wonderful prizes to these great automotive service providers. Our distribution partners did an outstanding job of spreading the word about this promotion. We look forward to building on this program in 2016.”
