Elite Worldwide has announced that its AMI accredited Fly With the Eagles II shop management course will be held in San Diego, CA, May 15-19. The course will be presented by Elite president Bob Cooper, who built this course from the ground up based on his own success as a shop owner, and his experience helping thousands of other shop owners build more successful businesses over the last 20 plus years.

The 4th day of the seminar is devoted to marketing. Cooper will go over the fatal marketing mistakes that most shop owners make, how to identify the ideal customer, and how to keep service bays full with the right kind of customers.
