Vista-Pro Automotive Relocates Headquarters to Nashville

Vista-Pro Automotive has begun the process of relocating its corporate headquarters and 100 employees to Nashville, TN.

Vista-Pro Automotive, a new manufacturer and distributor of aftermarket products comprised of the former Visteon Aftermarket and Proliance businesses, has begun the process of relocating its corporate headquarters and 100 employees to Nashville, TN.

“Many factors went into the selection of Nashville as our corporate headquarters," said Roger Brown, CEO of Vista-Pro Automotive. "First of all, Nashville has been named the ‘Friendliest City in America.’ In addition, the high-quality and hardworking work force available in Nashville, due to the 18 accredited four-year and postgraduate institutions located here, gave us confidence that our current and future employees will have the skills and education needed to help our business succeed and grow.”

“Nashville’s quality of life, coupled with a great infrastructure, was also a leading component of moving our headquarters to Nashville," Brown added. "Nashville is centrally located within one day’s drive of 75 percent of the entire U.S. population, and the Nashville International Airport allows us to get to our customers easily and cost-effectively, no matter where they are located.”

On Aug. 15, Visteon Aftermarket purchased the assets of Proliance, Inc. to create Vista-Pro Automotive LLC. The company designs, manufactures and distributes automotive aftermarket products including radiators, condensers, heater cores and A/C products, new and remanufactured starters and alternators, hydraulic steering systems, rack and pinion systems and power steering pumps for automotive and heavy-duty applications.

“We are thrilled Vista-Pro Automotive picked Nashville for its headquarters,” Nashville Mayor Karl Dean said. “With locations all over the country, it says a lot about our city that the Vista-Pro management team decided this was the best place to do business. Even more, this announcement makes two headquarters relocations to Nashville in the same number of weeks. It goes to show that Nashville continues to shine in the midst of tough economic times because it is the best place in the country to live, work and raise a family.”

In the last seven weeks, Vista-Pro Automotive has hired or relocated 35 people at the corporate office, which is located in more than 20,000 square feet in the Two Lakeview Place building in the Century City Office Park in the airport submarket. Within 30 days, that number will grow to nearly 50 employees, and within one year, the company plans to fully complete the transfer of nearly 100 employees from other cities to Nashville. Vista-Pro Automotive has signed contracts that will average approximately $2 million annually in headquarters expenses in the Nashville economy. “We are committed to finding and using local vendors whenever possible,” said Brown.

“Corporate headquarter relocations have an exponential impact on the Nashville economy,” said Ralph Schulz, president and CEO of the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce. “Headquarter relocations bring great jobs and key decision-makers into the community with positive impact on many levels.”

Vista-Pro Automotive products are manufactured in 11 North American plants, ensuring rapid response to customer demand, fast delivery times and a higher-quality product. The company is the only radiator aftermarket supplier with an all-makes, all-models business strategy, producing radiators in North America for 85 percent of all sales.

Vista-Pro Automotive’s family of brands includes:
• ReadyRad radiators
• ReadyAire condensers and heater cores
• Vista-Pro brand starters and alternators
• Vista-Pro brand starters and alternators
• Vista-Pro brand power steering products
• Vista-Pro brand A/C products

"Our entire team is extremely excited about our new and expanded operations and our headquarters relocation to Nashville," said Brown. "Nashville is a world-class city. Vista-Pro Automotive’s goal is to be a world-class company and to deliver the highest quality and value to our customers in the automotive aftermarket. We intend to be the market leader in our field in product offerings, reliability, response, and technical and product support.”
