AAPEX attendees should act now to lock in discounted early-bird rates at many Las Vegas hotels ranging from 10 to 30 percent. AAPEX organizers have also negotiated the elimination of resort fees at most hotels resulting in additional savings of up to $20 per night.

The deadline for the discounted hotel rates is Aug. 31.

“We were able to negotiate very competitive hotel rates again this year for attendees who use the joint AAPEX-SEMA housing bureau,” said Bill Glasgow, Sr., show manager. “We have not seen these bargain rates in many years. For example, the room rate at the Venetian last year was discounted to $204. This year we negotiated $179 down from the current rate of $229.”
