Spectra Premium Announces a Radiator and Heater Core Supply Agreement with Pep Boys

Spectra Premium Industries Inc. a manufacturer of automobile, light-truck and heavy-duty truck aftermarket parts and manufacturer of high-pressure die cast magnesium alloy parts and steel fuel tanks in the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) market, recently announced the award of a radiator and heater core supply agreement with Pep Boys.

Spectra Premium Industries Inc. a manufacturer of automobile, light-truck and heavy-duty truck aftermarket parts and manufacturer of high-pressure die cast magnesium alloy parts and steel fuel tanks in the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) market, recently announced the award of a radiator and heater core supply agreement with Pep Boys.

"This award fulfills one of the primary objectives we had for the year, which was to sign a first supply agreement on radiators with a leading U.S. parts store chain. We are very pleased to expand our customer base with the addition of Pep Boys, the U.S leading full-service automotive aftermarket retail and service chain", declared Jacques Mombleau, CA, president and chief executive officer of Spectra Premium.

"In 2006, we will be releasing in production 80 new aluminum radiator applications, which will bring Spectra one step closer to its objective of becoming the most important North American manufacturer of aluminum radiators."
