Mitchell International recently announced a marketing and sales partnership with Harley-Davidson, Inc. Through this partnership, Harley-Davidson, Inc. will market and sell Mitchell’s UltraMate Motorcycle estimating solution directly to its dealers. The solution includes extensive Harley-Davidson model coverage as well as a comprehensive list of Harley-Davidson upgrade accessories.
Four Seasons and MACS Worldwide Partner to Train More Techs
The Mobile Air Conditioning Society (MACS) Worldwide and corporate sponsor, Four Seasons, have partnered to help more automotive technicians attend technical training at the MACS 28th annual Convention and Trade Show. Nissan Tech Tip: Rattle Noise at Cold Engine Start
A customer with a Nissan vehicle may complain of a rattle/clatter noise for 2-3 seconds upon cold start of the engine. If the valve lifters make a rattle/clatter noise for 2-3 seconds when the engine is started cold, replace the valve lifters.

Rotary Improves SmartLift Inground Lifts
Rotary Lift has improved its twin-post SmartLift inground lifts to offer technicians smoother working conditions and greater efficiency. SmartLift inground lifts are installed a quarter inch above the shop floor to help prevent water from infiltrating the lift housing. This installation had previously created a quarter inch bump that made it inconvenient for technicians to roll equipment, such as jacks or carts, over the lift.
