New Packaging Protects Hardware, Adds Value To Monroe Total Solution, Severe Solution And Monroe ProSolution Brake Pads

MonroeTenneco says it has increased the unique benefits of Monroe Brakes brake pads by introducing innovative compartmental product packaging that helps prevent shipping-related damage to the included pad installation hardware. Ultra-premium Monroe Total Solution, premium Monroe ProSolution and Monroe Severe Solution brake pad sets are shipped complete with hardware kits for the vast majority of applications requiring this hardware, enabling service professionals to perform more high-quality brake jobs in less time, the company says.

“The Monroe Brakes brand introduced the concept of including everything the technician needs to complete a quality brake job, and we continue to expand on this value proposition with durable new packaging that protects the hardware throughout the shipping and handling process,” said Tom Connelly, Monroe Brakes national marketing and sales manager.

In addition to enhanced protection characteristics, the new packaging also clearly communicates the features and benefits of each pad set. Monroe Total Solution brake pads feature ultra-premium ceramic and semi-metallic friction formulations, shim technologies, stainless steel noise reduction hardware, Sensory Locking backing plates and wire wear sensors, where applicable. Each pad set also includes brake lubricant to help technicians save time while performing a complete repair.

Monroe ProSolution brake pads provide premium technologies for exceptional performance at a lower price, according to the company. Monroe ProSolution pads feature premium ceramic and semi-metallic friction formulations, which provide exceptional noise reduction, long pad life and superior stopping performance, Tenneco says.

Engineered for severe-duty applications such as emergency and utility vehicles, delivery trucks and school buses, Monroe Severe Solution brake pads help reduce brake maintenance and repair costs through longer pad and rotor life, according to Tenneco. These pads include ultra-premium friction materials formulated to provide exceptional high-temperature stability, stopping performance, fade resistance and longer service life.
