Features of eCRM include:

1. Initial e-mail matching service to acquire e-mails for shop customers included in sign up.

2. Additional e-mails can be purchased at a reasonable fee.

3. Shop website provided for nominal fee.

4. Unique customer Web portal for shop customers and vehicles with features including:

  • Customer access to vehicle repair history from shop;
  • Local traffic and gas price information;
  • Promotions and specials provided from shop;
  • NADA vehicle resale value; and
  • Manufacturer scheduled service information.

Mitchell 1’s CRM program helps repair facilities increase their revenue and improve their customer loyalty. Participating shops are able to contact their patrons with professional, personalized reminders, in mail and e-mail form, when they are due for scheduled maintenance.
