Management Success Offers AMi Certified 2-Day Interactive ‘Work Smarter, Not Harder’ Workshop

The program is designed to individually assess what each shop owner is doing correctly or incorrectly with profits and production, parts pricing, marketing, customer service, hiring and training, managing employees, financial planning and more.

managementsuccessamilogoManagement Success, a provider of cutting-edge management training for the repair shop industry, now offers a new, credit-earning training workshop, called “Work Smarter, Not Harder” through the Automotive Management Institute (AMi).

Too many auto shop owners spread themselves thin, working full days, spending 70 hours per week in the shop and barely reaching their goals, while certified shop owners experience less stress, more profit and better training and management results, according to Management Success.

Management Success says it recognizes the importance of staying at the top of your game. Its certified “Work Smarter, Not Harder” workshop allows general, collision and big truck shop owners to gain knowledge on troubleshooting business operations, and targeting issues that result in inadequate sales and free time for themselves and family.

Jim Saeli, senior workshop instructor, will cover key topics through hands-on exercises. The program is designed to individually assess what each shop owner is doing correctly or incorrectly with profits and production, parts pricing, marketing, customer service, hiring and training, managing employees, financial planning and more. The two-day, 10-hour interactive workshop provides 20 course credits toward certification with the AMi. Its also supported by the Auto Service Association.

Shop owners can sign up for “Work Smarter, Not Harder” at managementsuccess.com/interactive-workshop.
