3. Advanced Oscilloscope Diagnostics (AOD)

Several case studies help attendees learn from specific problems that have been experienced and successfully resolved. The course includes comparing positive and negative-side patterns, current ramping, identifying shorted or open Commutator Segments, brush bounce, AC, DC, and artificial DC, patterns, and much more.

Taught by professional trainers and not sales people, these eight-hour classroom-style seminars focus on “best practices” concerning service, diagnostic and repair. Special tips to help increase first-time repair success and reduce diagnostic time are shared throughout the training. These seminars are offered by local parts distributors and are held on-site throughout the U.S. and Canada giving the parts distributor an opportunity to strengthen relationships with the professional technicians who buy their parts.

“DENSO’s goal is to become a trusted partner with our customers and service professionals,” said David Shushereba, senior manager, Engineering and Technical Services departments. “We are excited to offer these three new courses in addition to the 16 we currently offer. All of these courses have received outstanding reviews from the technicians who have taken them”.
