Deeza Chassis Parts introduces a new innovative patented design that completely eliminates the problem associated with serviceable chassis parts infiltrating dirt, moisture and other contaminants into the internal cavity of the dust boot.

Currently, existing serviceable ball-and-socket type joint chassis parts release excess grease from the boot cavity through a grease relief hole on the dust boot or through an offset opening channel in the upper boot wall. In many current designs, the lower boot walls are not connected to the body of the part leaving even more room for contamination. While all these designs provide for grease relief, they all have the problem of allowing outside contaminants to enter into the cavity of the dust boot when the position of the ball stud changes. The more the ball stud leans away from the center, the larger the grease relief hole expands increasing the risk of contamination which can lead to premature wear and failure.

Deeza’s revolutionary design allows grease to release through a uniquely engineered component placed between the dust boot and the body. This design feature results in complete protection from contamination, regardless of the location and movement of the ball stud.

The development of this new technology is the result of Deeza’s dedication to engineering excellence. Performance improving design features such as this can be found on Deeza ball joints, tie rod ends and stabilizer links.

“We are pleased to be able to offer this exciting new technology to our aftermarket customers. Additionally, we are working on several new design patents that will enhance the performance and durability of our products even further,” said Koray Kuru, director of product development.

Deeza Chassis Parts, a subsidiary of Disa Automotive, Ltd, is a technology focused manufacturer of high quality chassis parts for the global aftermarket and is headquartered in Totowa, NJ.
