Chip Foose of Foose Design was recently presented with the Top Custom Car Award from the Automotive Service Association for his restyled Wes Rydell 1954 Chevy “Cool Air” Bel-Air. The award was presented to Foose as he was joined by members of the BASF Automotive Refinish team at the recent 2014 National Autobody Congress and Exposition & Conference (NACE | CARS) in Detroit. Visitors and exhibitors at the expo voted on their favorite vehicle being exhibited. The Cool Air features a custom BASF Glasurit 90-Line paint in a rich, copper finish.
