For more than 100 years, the CP name has been synonymous with quality, durability, power and excellence in its field. CP’s commitment to exceeding the expectations of our customers has resulted in the creation of the Mobile Training & Application Center. Fully heated and air-conditioned, the 32-foot trailer is equipped with select automotive assembly line stations. These 10 fully functional stations give hands-on training and demonstration featuring the industry’s latest electric tool and system technology. An integrated Ethernet network allows end-users to see how every assembly station can be managed from a central location, tracking the quality of output, assembly results and system condition in real time. For end-users, this resource increases product knowledge and provides the extensive benefits of electrical tool solutions.

Geared towards providing the right solution to any and all assembly challenges, visitors are encouraged to bring in their problematic assemblies for troubleshooting. Based on a torque study, ergonomic requirements and line integration standards, a recommendation for the appropriate tool can be made. “Since assembly tools and systems continue to evolve at such a rapid pace, it’s great that we can provide additional support to our customers on location.” says Joachim Grabo, Assembly Application Specialist responsible for the MTAC.

CP designs, manufactures and supplies the complete solution with a line of electric and pneumatic industrial assembly tools & systems, targeted to the motor vehicle industry (car, truck & bus, farm & construction, components), aerospace, appliance and general industry markets. CP is dedicated to continually providing the best in design, ergonomics, quality, and performance, providing the ultimate power tool solutions for high productivity, cost efficiency and value.
