Car Enthusiasts Encouraged to Participate in LKQ’s 2010 Calendar Competition

LKQ is encouraging car and truck enthusiasts to submit one or more photos of their vehicle for LKQ's 2010 Calendar Competition.

Is your vehicle worthy of star status? Do heads turn and the crowds roar when you get behind the wheel? If so, then we want to see it! Now is the time to show the world how all of your efforts have finally paid off.

LKQ’s Calendar Competition will be held now through Sept. 30. All entrants who submit a photograph by the deadline will receive a free limited edition 2010 LKQ Calendar Competition T-shirt (while supplies last).

After the top 13 photos are selected, the grand-prize winners will be notified. As a special “thank you” for their participation, LKQ will provide each grand-prize winner with a framed, 24” x 36” poster of their winning entry. Winners will also receive a professional car care kit exclusively from the Keystone Platinum Refinish Detail Series. Each kit includes quality wash, wax and wipe products for all of your car detail needs — each with a $50 retail value!  Additionally, each winner will be showcased on LKQ’s website, complete with a short biography, before and after photos, and some behind-the-scenes anecdotes.

The LKQ 2010 Calendar contains more than $250 in valuable discount coupons exclusively for LKQ customers. These discount coupons can be redeemed on a wide variety of aftermarket and reconditioned products. The calendar will debut at the NACE 2009 Conference and Expo in Las Vegas.

Full contest rules can be viewed any time at www.LKQCorp.com/calendarcontest or www.keystone-auto.com/calendarcontest.
