Bosch Increases Its Aftermarket Product Offerings With 27 New Part Numbers

Robert Bosch LLC has added 27 new aftermarket part numbers to its product portfolio in December. Additions were made to the braking, rotating machines, fuel pumps and throttling devices categories; in addition, a new LED work lamp program was announced.

Bosch QuietCast and Bosch Blue Disc Brake Pads

A total of three new brake pad SKUs were added this month extending coverage for many late-model vehicles. Of these, two new part numbers have been added to the premium QuietCast line extending coverage for domestic and European vehicles, and one new part number has been added to the Bosch Blue line for additional domestic and Asian vehicle coverage. Hardware kits are included for select applications.

All Bosch premium QuietCast Disc Brake Pads feature friction formulas specific to the application – semi-metallic, NAO or copper-free ceramic – and include synthetic lubricant in each package.

Bosch QuietCast Brake pads with hardware are available for 2012-’13 Chrysler Town & Country, 2012-’13 Dodge Grand Caravan and more. Bosch QuietCast Brake pads without hardware kits are available for 2010-’11 BMW Alpina B7 XDrive, 2010-’11 BMW X6 and more. The two new part numbers cover 564,000 units in operation.

The single Bosch Blue part number that is available with a hardware kit fits applications including 2005-’12 Ford Escape and 2005-’11 Mazda Tribute, and covers 1.7 million units in operation.

Rotating Machines

Bosch Starting and Charging systems has released 11 new alternators and starters, covering 3.2 million vehicles in operation in the U.S. These new and remanufactured part number additions cover domestic, Asian and European vehicles, including Dodge, Ford. Jeep, Mercury, Audi, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz and Honda.

December releases include remanufactured alternators for several Mercedes-Benz and Honda models including 2008-’13 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG V8 Cyl. 6.3L and 2012-’15 Honda Pilot V6 Cyl. 3.5L. New and remanufactured alternators have also been added covering Porsche models including the 2007-’09 Porsche Carrera H6 Cyl. 3.6L and 2007-’08 Porsche Cayman H6 Cyl. 2.7L.

New starters also have been added for a number of European applications including the 2008-’12 Mercedes-Benz C300 V6 Cyl. 3.0L, 2007-’14 Volvo XC90 L6 Cyl. 3.2L, 2012 Audi A8 Quattro V8 Cyl. 6.3L Gas, equipped with Start/Stop technology and more. Remanufactured starters are now available for 2009-’10 Pontiac Vibe L4 Cyl. 2.4L, 2011-’14 Dodge Durango V8 Cyl. 5.7L, 2010 Ford Fusion L4 Cyl. 2.5L and more.

Bosch new and remanufactured starters and alternators are 100 percent performance-tested.

Fuel Pumps

The Bosch gasoline systems group has added five new fuel pump and module assembly part numbers to its OE fuel pump catalog for the aftermarket, extending coverage to an additional 2.7 million late-model domestic and Asian vehicles in operation.

Applications for module assemblies include 2010-’13 GMC Sierra 1500, 2009-’12 Ford Escape and more. An electric fuel pump is available for 1996-’98 Nissan 200SX, 2000-’01 Nissan Altima and more.

Throttle Bodies

The Bosch engine management group has added one throttle body part number covering nearly 400,000 late-model domestic vehicles in operation in the U.S.

The single part number covers several Ford models, including the 2013-’14 Ford Escape, 2013-’14 Ford Fusion, 2014 Ford Fiesta and 2014 Ford Transit Connect.

Bosch LED Work Lamps

Bosch has introduced a new line of LED Work Lamps, which includes seven part numbers that cover applications for commercial vehicles, forklifts, farm and construction equipment. Bosch LED Work Lamps have low power consumption and offer a long service life with zero maintenance. Built with high-quality materials, these LED Work Lamps can stand up to the toughest weather conditions and have an IP rating of 67. Consult the application guide for specification information.
