ASC Industries, Inc., has been recognized as Outstanding Private Label Supplier of the Year for the second straight year by the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc. ASC also received the Silver Level Supplier Award for Outstanding Shipping Performance for the second year in a row for order fill rates in excess of 97%.

Richard Morgan, president and CEO of the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, presented awards to ASC representatives during their December 6 meeting in Florida at which vendors and shareholders were present. The Alliance honored ASC with the same awards in 2004.

“In the short time we have been partnered with ASC, they have proven to be a quality supplier for us,” said Morgan. “We look forward to building our relationship in the years to come.”

“It was quite an honor when ASC was recognized as the Outstanding Private Label Vendor and acknowledged with a Silver Level order fill award last year,” exclaimed Jeff Sandt, vice president of sales and marketing for ASC. “But it is very special for a vendor who has had a fairly new relationship with the Alliance to receive these accolades a second consecutive time.”

“This recognition reconfirms ASC’s understanding that today’s distributors have set higher standards on vendor performance,” added Ted Swaldo, president of ASC Industries. “Our company strives to meet and achieve these standards everyday. These awards were earned by the dedicated employees at ASC and demonstrate their commitment to our customers.”

ASC Industries supplies the Alliance with new aftermarket water pumps for passenger, light- and medium-duty truck, heavy-duty vehicle, high performance and marine applications, through the ASC brand and the Alliance’s private label – PartsMaster, Quality Replacement Parts.
