ASA Survey Participants Eligible for Gift Card Drawing

The Automotive Service Association (ASA) is conducting its 2010 “How’s Your Business?” survey and reminds members there are only two weeks left before the drawing for a $200 VISA gift card.

Now in its 18th year, the annual business survey of ASA member-shops provides a snapshot of the automotive service and repair industry and showcases the independent segment – the primary market of the ASA membership base. Survey data captures how repair facilities are doing in terms of sales, profits, salaries and other key elements of daily business operations. All ASA shop-members are encouraged to participate in this year’s survey, which is offered in an online format for members’ convenience.

“ASA’s annual membership survey is open to all ASA member-shops. We’ve done our best to streamline the questionnaire as we know our members are very busy,” said Karin White, ASA’s project and research specialist. “I’d like to thank our members in advance for their participation, which is so important to the success of this annual project.”

All regular ASA members in good standing who complete the survey will receive a free copy of “AutoInc.’s 2010 Business Booster,” a collection of three articles geared toward bringing customers into your shop. In addition, one lucky ASA member will be selected from a drawing of participants who complete the 2010 survey to receive a $200 VISA gift card. Complete the survey by Sept. 27 and elect to be entered. The drawing will be held Sept. 28 and the winner will be announced in AutoInc. magazine, the official publication of ASA.

Members who have questions regarding the survey participation process may contact White at (800) 272-7467, ext. 252, Monday through Thursday. The results of the “How’s Your Business?” survey are published each year in the December issue of AutoInc.
