Consumers can receive cash rebates of up to $15 in preparing their vehicles for the fall and winter driving seasons by purchasing new ANCO wiper blades and/or Wagner replacement headlamp capsules from Federal-Mogul Corporation.

From Aug. 30 through Oct. 31, 2010, Federal-Mogul’s yearlong “Smart Choice” consumer campaign will include mail-in rebate offers of $15, $10 or $5 on qualifying purchases of ANCO replacement wiper blades and $10 on pairs of Wagner TruView and Wagner BriteLite replacement headlamp capsules. ANCO and Wagner products are available through thousands of automotive parts stores and service providers throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Replacing worn wiper blades is a proven way to help enhance driving visibility and safety. Federal-Mogul’s Smart Choice campaign will offer $15 mail-in rebates to consumers who purchase any pair of premium ANCO Contour or ANCO Profile all-weather wiper blades, $10 rebates for qualifying purchases of aerodynamically styled ANCO AeroVantage bridge-type wipers, and $5 rebates on a pair of ANCO 31-Series standard wipers, Winter Wiper Blades, or a single ANCO rear wiper blade.

The $10 rebates on Wagner TruView and Wagner BriteLite headlamp capsules will enable consumers to save money while enhancing driving visibility. TruView headlamps provide a truer, whiter light than conventional halogen beams without projecting the offensive glare commonly associated with high-intensity discharge (HID) systems. Wagner BriteLite headlamps, equipped with xenon gas and a powerful 55-watt low-beam filament, deliver 80 percent more light to the road and produce a 30-percent wider beam pattern than standard halogen headlamps.

Consumers can visit www.FMSmartChoice.com to learn more about these and other special Smart Choice offers and to process their rebates.
