Looking to test your diagnostics skills or take a refresher course?  Snap-on offers you a chance to “test your skills” with its Virtual Tech Demo at www1.snapon.com/display/1036.nws.

“Our Virtual Tech Demo is a great opportunity for professional service technicians to test their diagnostic skills,” said Bill Bruno, vice president of sales and marketing for Snap-on Diagnostics. “This interactive website lets you make choices based on your knowledge and experience and gives you immediate feedback to see if you made the right diagnosis. Whether you are just starting out or have been in the business for years, the Virtual Tech Demo is a great teaching tool and resource.”

The Snap-on Virtual Tech Demo asks you to choose a vehicle and then provides information about the vehicle to help you make informed decisions. You are then asked a series of questions and are given points for each correct answer. In addition to written answers, high-quality graphic displays also show what you should be looking for when performing a diagnosis. After you complete the diagnosis, you will receive a score indicating if you are a pro or need a little more work.

“The Virtual Tech Demo is a lot of fun and a little addictive,” continued Bruno. “But most importantly, it is a great learning tool that will help you improve your diagnostic skills and make you more productive during the course of the day.”
