Brake Manufacturers Council Launches New Website

The Brake Manufacturers Council (BMC) of the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA) recently announced the launch of its new website which offers members an online resource for the latest industry news as well as Council events, initiatives and programs.

The Brake Manufacturers Council (BMC) of the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA) recently announced the launch of its new website, www.brakecouncil.org, which offers members an online resource for the latest industry news as well as Council events, initiatives and programs.

Features at the BMC website include:
• A whole new look and feel with easy to navigate drop down menus;
• A daily news feed to the top news stories about trends and events affecting the motor vehicle parts supplier industry;
• BMC membership roster with individual contact information and company web links;
• Calendar of all industry events, updated regularly; and
• Links to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS), SAE technical papers, and other important websites and publications.
 
“The new BMC website has been under development for several months with the direct involvement of the BMC leadership,” noted Jack Cameron, BMC staff executive and vice president of the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA). “The new site is a great online resource for members. A BMC website committee will be appointed to add even more enhancements to the site in the future.”
