Test Drive Fall Car Care Month with Toolkit from the Car Care Council

New electronic toolkit makes it easy for the industry to participate.

The Car Care Council has launched a new Fall Car Care Month Toolkit for aftermarket companies and organizations to find everything they need to participate in Fall Car Care Month in October. The kit can be found by visiting www.carcareindustry.com.

“Consumers are conscious of every penny they spend these days, so Fall Car Care Month in October is the perfect time to show them just how much they can save in the long run through proper vehicle maintenance,” said Rich White, executive director, Car Care Council. “Whether it’s something as simple as handing out Car Care Guides or more elaborate like conducting a community car care event, the new website is a one-stop-shop for ideas and tools to help reach out to new and existing customers. With so many different ways to celebrate Fall Car Care Month, it doesn’t need to take more than a few minutes to get involved.”

One highlight of www.carcareindustry.com is a tool that helps shops, stores and other aftermarket organizations choose a level of involvement in Fall Car Care Month through good, better and best options for participation. The site also contains printable materials and downloadable images, as well as ordering information to obtain “Be Car Care Aware” point-of-sale kits, brochures, gear and the popular Car Care Guides in English, Spanish or French.

The Car Care Council is the source of information for the “Be Car Care Aware” consumer education campaign promoting the benefits of regular vehicle care, maintenance and repair to consumers.
