NGK Spark Plugs (U.S.A.), Inc. received an award from the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance honoring us with the Outstanding Shipping Performance – Gold Level. Given out at their annual winter meeting, held during December 7 through 10 in Boca Raton, FL, NGK has now received this award two years in a row.

Richard Morgan, president and CEO of Alliance states, “Our vendors work hard to meet and exceed our members’ needs and their efforts are rewarded with this recognition. They represent the entire company and all of the employees who each play an important role in their success, and our own.”

The Outstanding Shipping Performance – Gold Level award goes to manufacturers that achieve a 99.0% or better shipping performance for the year. NGK was one of only eight vendors to achieve this highest of goals set by Alliance.

“We are honored by this prestigious award and appreciate the acknowledgement of the Alliance,” said Shin Odo, president and CEO of NGK Spark Plugs (USA), Inc. “Winning this award is a testament to the NGK team and our commitment to provide our customers with superior quality and service.”
