Mitchell 1 will hold its sixth management system training workshop in Providence, RI, Sept. 14 – 16, 2006 at the Providence Marriott. The training workshop will teach customers, who have been users for six months or more, about the OnDemand5 Manager and ManagerPlus software, as well as integration with aftermarket cataloging and Customer Retention Marketing (CRM).

The workshop will be led by John Dwulet, senior product manager for Mitchell 1’s management software solutions, and Tim McDonnell, national training manager. Mitchell 1 support personnel will also be on hand.

“Join us for this advanced training workshop designed to turn existing shop management system customers into power users who get the most out of their software and business,” said Dwulet.

McDonnell said, “During our last workshop, users of our shop management came together from all over North America to learn how to do more and take it to the next level. As usual, they brought great questions and that focused-interaction made for a very productive session for all attendees. Providence will be no exception.”

The conference registration fee is $200 for a shop’s first attendee; each additional attendee is only $100. The registration fee covers seminars, continental breakfast and lunch each day. Participants are responsible for transportation to Providence and hotel accommodations.
