On all 2.2L engines with Holley 2-barrel carburetors that run rough, place your finger over the small bleed hole next to the choke plates. If the engine smooths out, you will need to rebuild the carburetor and adjust the fuel mixture.

• Maximum allowable injector resistance for all 4-cylinder turbos and all 6-cylinder vehicles up to 1992 is 2.4 ohms.
• Maximum injector resistance for the 2.2L engine is 7 ohms. On 1986-’87 2.2L and 2.5L engines, the allowable injector resistance specification is 95 ohms.
• On all 1987 and later 2.5L engines, the allowable injector resistance specification is 1.3 ohms.
• Chrysler does not recommend cleaning the injectors on vehicles with high mileage because they could start leaking after the cleaning process.
