Raider Industries (www.raider.ca), a brand of the Truck Accessories Group LLC (TAG) now offers additional customer service to both their dealers and the consumer.

Raider’s ongoing determination to provide the best customer satisfaction possible includes the continuous development of product offerings. These include tools, designed to draw traffic to authorized Raider dealers.

Part of their user friendly website has included a form allowing the consumer to print a coupon for savings on a truck cap or tonneau cover. Search tools at the Raider website enable the consumer to sort by truck make, model and year. Once the coupon was printed out, the consumer could redeem it at their local Raider dealer, also listed at the dealer locator on the website.

Recently added is the ability to forward these leads directly to the dealer, enabling them to call upon the consumer in a more proactive approach.

“This allows for more consumer oriented customer service,” Randy Avery, sales manager for Raider commented. “Our dealers can now contact the consumer with specials, sales, and added values to their purchases. We feel that having an interactive relationship with the customer makes for better long-term business. The consumer feels that they have someone who truly cares about their needs. Raiders prime concern is customer satisfaction. It is the critical component of any company’s profitability. Our goal includes the three C’s of Raiders customer service — care, care and more care!”

Raider has a 20-year history of quality, innovation and design. Unlike many other companies in the truck accessory business today, Raider’s only business is truck caps and tonneaus, and they manufacture everything they sell. The company’s design team has always insured that the consumer receives the best — beauty combined with functionality. The result is a line-up of truck cap and tonneau products that raise the bar for many manufacturers. For more information, call (800) 771-8677 or visit www.raider.ca.
