Kukui Launches Next Generation Success Platform Featuring Kukui Reviews

Kukui Reviews is focused on one of the most important aspects of running a business today, online reputation. Positive comments from customers produce an average increase in sales of 18 percent and customers are shown to spend 30 percent more per visit because of positive reviews.

Kukui Corp., the maker of the All-in-One Success Platform, has announced the launch of Kukui 5.0, the most advanced version of its integrated suite of analytics, marketing and customer communication tools. With more than 25 new features and improvements, the next generation of the All-in-One Success Platform is designed with the input of customers and the industry to support the needs of shop owners today and well into the future, according to Kukui.

The two most notable features of Kukui 5.0 are a completely rebuilt website core and Kukui Reviews.

The new website core is redesigned to leveraging regional CDN support for local website delivery. It provides enhanced performance and security for better search engine optimization and conversion rate optimization.

Kukui Reviews is focused on one of the most important aspects of running a business today, online reputation. Positive comments from customers produce an average increase in sales of 18 percent and customers are shown to spend 30 percent more per visit because of positive reviews. Kukui Reviews detects when a customer has concluded a repair and automatically texts them a request to leave feedback for the shop. This enables customers with the convenience of providing immediate feedback on Google, Facebook and Yelp about their recent shop visit directly from their smartphone. And, because Kukui Reviews is an integrated component of the Kukui CRM and Kukui DVI customers do not have multiple products to configure and manage. This feature is available now for a limited time as an add-on to Kukui for $99 per month.

According to Todd Westerlund, CEO of Kukui, “I personally met with close to 1,000 shop owners and asked them what makes them successful, and what they need in a software platform to continue that success into the future. This feedback was essential to the design of Kukui 5.0 our most substantial release ever.”
