Shop Owners Acknowledged At Management Success Spring Convention

Management Success held its 20th Annual Spring Convention March 24-26 at the Omni Orlando Resort in Championsgate, Florida.

Throughout the course of the three-day weekend, hundreds of shop owners from the United States and Canada contributed in interactive workshops, team-building drills and educational panel discussions led by industry experts and Management Success clients.

The event kicked off with an emotional welcome reception on Friday, March 24, where old friends reunited and new friendships were formed. Throughout the day, shop owners shared best practices, participated in various competitions and learned about the newest developments in management and technology.

During a heartfelt ceremony later in the evening, fourteen (14) awards were presented to automotive, truck repair and collision shops in acknowledgment of their significant achievements. The awards included Master Elite of Shop Management, Master of Shop Management, Competent Shop Owner and Effective Shop Manager, which are all levels of achievements attained in the Management Success consulting program.

On Saturday, March 25, after another day of informative workshops and networking opportunities, participants attended a themed dinner dressed as Disney’s most famous heroes and villains. Costume contests and lively music filled the banquet hall where they danced and enjoyed an evening with friends.

The Management Success Spring Convention concluded on Sunday, March 26, with a high-energy team-building drill that challenged attendees to construct towers made solely of balloons and tape. It was an entertaining exercise that reinforced the importance of patience, listening skills and working together as a team. With a total attendance of more than 300 people, the Management Success Spring Convention 2017 proved to be a huge success.
