Bridgestone Americas and Shell Lubricants have announced the launch of the Nationwide Network Shell Lubricants program as part of an agreement between the companies. The program makes Shell Lubricants products such as Pennzoil and Quaker State motor oils and Shell Rotella engine oils available to the Bridgestone Affiliated Retailer Nationwide Network.

“Delivering driver value, customer satisfaction and ensuring a competitive dealer network are all critical to Bridgestone’s success,” said John Baratta, president, consumer tire replacement sales, U.S. and Canada, Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations. “The Nationwide Network Shell Lubricants program joins together two of the most trusted names in automotive service – Shell Lubricants and Bridgestone – and gives Bridgestone affiliated retailers a unique opportunity to deliver a more satisfying customer experience.”

Bridgestone affiliated retailers who choose to enroll in the program will have exclusive access to the program’s benefits including: competitive pricing, digital training resources, point-of-purchase (POP) marketing materials, traffic-driving promotions, comprehensive oil selector tool and more.

The companies say that Shell Lubricants brand benefits of the Nationwide Network Oil program are extensive and will incorporate existing programs already implemented by Shell Lubricants including:

• Warranty retention programs and national spring and fall rebate promotions
• Access to the complete Shell Lubricants product portfolios offering Quaker State conventional motor oils, Pennzoil Platinum Full Synthetic motor oils with PurePlus Technology and Shell Rotella heavy-duty engine oils providing recommendations for any vehicle
• The MyMilesMatter loyalty program for Shell Rotella heavy-duty engine oil users
• Easy access to the Shell eServe ordering system and savings on bulk and volume purchases of Shell Lubricants

“Shell Lubricants designed the custom Lubricants Program exclusively for Bridgestone-affiliated retailers across the country to provide consumers with quality-branded motor oil at competitive pricing,” said Rusty Barron, vice president of marketing for Shell Lubricants. “By enrolling in the program, affiliated retailers will have a wealth of information at their fingertips promoting quick access to the in-demand products they need to stock their shelves.”

Currently, members of the Bridgestone Affiliated Retailer Nationwide Network who are participating in the Nationwide Network Shell Lubricants program have the opportunity to offer customers two ways to save on Shell Lubricants: through a national coupon and a Spring Service Certificate. Through the national coupon offer, customers can instantly save up to $10 off a qualifying Pennzoil motor oil change. Then, through the Spring Service Certificate promotion, customers can save up to $15 off their next qualifying Pennzoil or Shell Rotella oil change both from March 1–April 30.
