The 2016 Expert Plus program – designed to help automotive service businesses increase their share of the undercar service market – provides an all-inclusive package of consumer promotions, trade incentives, free training programs, consumer education materials and point-of-sale merchandising tools.

“The Expert Plus program is a comprehensive dealer loyalty program that aims to help our service partners increase their ride control and emissions control business,” said Sheryl Bomia, North America Aftermarket programs manager, Tenneco. “We’re passionate about the success of our partners and confident that automotive service professionals receive valuable resources and sales support from Expert Plus throughout the entire year.”

Available for automotive service professionals and shop owners who use Monroe shocks and struts, Walker emissions control and Monroe Brakes products, the 2016 Expert Plus membership package includes the Expert Plus “Preferred Consumer” Offers Coupon Book. The coupon book includes 10 offers that allow service professionals to extend a Monroe ride control or Walker emissions control promotional offer beyond a program’s standard period.

As it coincides with the Monroe brand’s 100th anniversary, this year’s program features a Monroe 100th anniversary illuminated sign. The 24-by-18-inch sign incorporates a digital clock for prominent display around the front counter. The program also provides consumer-based educational materials, such as comprehensive ride control and emissions control flip books to assist in educating consumers about Monroe and Walker products. Each member shop has access to a full calendar of consumer promotion, and can take advantage of free, online technical training programs.

The program includes a complete suite of point-of-sale and merchandising materials, featuring a 20-minute waiting room video, counter mat, fender cover and push/pull decals. Finally, a listing in the “Dealer Locator” section of the Monroe and Walker websites is included in the Expert Plus membership.
