Federated Member Leaves Las Vegas With New Delivery Van

Federated-Delivery-VanFederated member Pat Blechschmidt of AED Inc. in Portland, Oregon, will have an even easier time making fast deliveries for his Federated Car Care customers. He was awarded a brand new Federated Chevy City Express delivery vehicle on Nov. 3 during the Federated tailgate party at AAPEX 2015 in Las Vegas.

“We want to congratulate Pat on winning this distinctive delivery truck and, more importantly, we want to thank him and everyone at AED for being an important part of the Federated team,” said Phil Moore, senior vice president of Federated Auto Parts. “Federated members are the best in the industry and we thank all of them for their continued support. This delivery van giveaway was a fun way to say ‘thank you’ for all they do each and every day to serve their customers and represent Federated so well in their local markets. As the lucky winner, we know AED will put the Federated delivery van to very good use.”

Federated Auto Parts members were eligible to win the delivery vehicle by attending Automotive Warehouse Distributors Association (AWDA) meetings, as well as the AAPEX show. The van was one of two vehicles awarded during the tailgate party in Las Vegas. Federated Car Care customer Les Hunt, owner of Hunt’s Tire Pros and Car Care in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was awarded a new GMC Sierra 2500HD service vehicle, the grand prize in the 2015 Federated Car Care “Need A Lift?” sweepstakes. Both vehicles were on display during AAPEX in the upper lobby area of the Sands Expo and Convention Center.
