SKF has announced a series of online videos featuring master mechanic Sarah “Bogi” Lateiner, owner of 180° Automotive in Phoenix and co-host of Velocity’s hit show, “All Girls Garage.” The video series with Bogi on skfpartsinfo.tv – SKF’s YouTube channel – provides product overviews, shop tips and automotive technical tips. SKF recently launched its first set of videos featuring Bogi, offering a step-by-step demonstration to replace a worn front hub bearing on a Mazda 2002 Protegé using SKF’s unique all-in-one hub bearing kit.
“SKF is thrilled to partner with a skilled master technician and successful shop owner such as Bogi,” said Brian Jungmann, marketing communication project leader, SKF. “SKF’s new video series will show auto technicians, shop owners and consumers alike how to save time and improve vehicle performance.”
SKF’s hub bearing kit is designed to save time by providing everything an automotive technician needs to replace a hub bearing, including a cartridge-style wheel bearing, C-clip, axle nut, seals and the only premium hub flange in the aftermarket that meets 100 percent OE specification. SKF’s hub bearing kit reduces the chance of customer returns by providing quality parts designed to fit and work properly together, eliminating the hassle of purchasing separate parts, sometimes from separate suppliers, SKF says.
“There’s nothing worse than having to call the customer back and explain why the repair is going to take longer or cost more,” said Bogi. “With the SKF hub bearing kit, there’s no fuss, no rust – just brand new parts. Everything you need is in one box.”
