FRAM Filtration Rolls Out Expanded Filter Program For Professional Installers: FRAM Pro Series

FRAM has announced the rollout of the FRAM Pro Series product line, a set of oil, air and cabin air filters designed specifically for use by professional installers. According to FRAM, the new FRAM Pro Series is the first product line to align oil filter selection with the specific oil used most frequently by professional installers and commercial garages.

“The oil change market is trending toward offering the end-consumer quality oil choices, but quality filters have been an afterthought. With the FRAM Pro Series, we’re giving shops the opportunity to grow their business by offering a more complete oil change with trusted, quality filters engineered to pair to a specific oil offering,” said Rich Fleming, vice president of sales and marketing for FRAM Filtration. “The addition of FRAM Pro Air Filters and FRAM Pro Cabin Air Filters round out a product line that is broad enough to address the needs of professional installers, and delivers a quality branded product end-consumers can trust.”

Two oil filter choices are available in the FRAM Pro Series:

  • FRAM Pro Synthetic is engineered to pair with synthetic and blended oils. The filter features dual layer synthetic media and a silicone anti-drainback valve. The gold FRAM Pro Synthetic is designed as a trade-up filter.
  • FRAM Pro uses a synthetic/cellulose blend media for advanced engine protection. The white FRAM Pro filter is specifically engineered for vehicles that use conventional oil with short change intervals.

The recent rollout of FRAM Pro Series includes oil, air and cabin air filter part numbers most frequently used by professional installers. More than 90 oil filter, 170 air filter and 70 cabin air filter part numbers are available.
