Gatorback Manufacturer Expands Coverage With 83 New Part Numbers In Automotive Aftermarket And Heavy Duty Lines

Veyance Technologies, Inc., manufacturer of Goodyear Engineered Products and Gatorback power transmission belts, announces the release of 83 new part numbers to its automotive aftermarket and heavy duty product lines for the second quarter of 2013.

Veyance Technologies, Inc., manufacturer of Goodyear Engineered Products and Gatorback power transmission belts, announces the release of 83 new part numbers to its automotive aftermarket and heavy duty product lines for the second quarter of 2013.

The company has added more than 1,000 part numbers over the past two years as part of its concerted effort to expand coverage to more domestic and import vehicles. Goodyear Engineered Products belts and hoses now cover more than 98 percent and 95 percent, respectively, of vehicles in operation. 

The latest additions provide even more extensive vehicle coverage for some of the brand’s most popular products:
• 35 molded radiator hoses
• 20 lawn and garden belts
• 14 lined clamps (silicone hose applications)
• 6 molded heater hoses
• 6 timing belt kits with water pumps
• 2 clam shell packaged hoses

“We’re very proud of the progress we’ve made in application coverage and will continue to invest in our product lines in the future,” said Tom Lee, marketing manager at Veyance Technologies. “Through the use of DataDrive, our market intelligence system, we’re able to deliver the right parts to our customers based on the aftermarket’s anticipated replacement needs.”
