Dorman has unveiled a new program for technicians who already use TPMS tools, struggle with TPMS relearn procedures or currently turn away TPMS business due to a lack of programming tools. According to Dorman, the program, which includes Dorman’s comprehensive DiRECT-FIT and new MULTi-FIT sensor programs, will enable technicians to start capturing a larger share of the growing TPMS market.

DiRECT-FIT, Dorman’s line of one-to-one replacement sensors, offers cloning capability in every Dorman sensor currently on the market. ID Cloning provides a tremendous benefit to the technician, Dorman says, by eliminating the relearn procedure typically required when a new TPMS sensor is installed. Avoiding the relearn process can save technicians an average of 30 minutes of valuable bay time, according to Dorman. Dorman’s DiRECT-FIT sensor offering provides clone-able coverage for more than 90 percent of today’s vehicles.

Dorman’s new MULTi-FIT Universal Sensor program provides technicians complete cloning capability using Dorman’s economical programming tool. MULTi-FIT sensors offer coverage for more than 95 percent of today’s vehicle mix, including European models not typically covered by other programs. Dorman’s increased coverage is achieved through only two SKUs. For repair shops struggling to capture a share of TPMS business, or not yet handling TPMS replacements, Dorman says the new MULTi-FIT Universal Sensor program offers a way to quickly succeed in a rapidly growing repair segment.

Contact your local sales representative to learn more about the MULTi-FIT Sensor program, including details on Dorman’s new Multan-FIT Starter Kit bundle. Information for all of Dorman’s TPMS program options is available by visiting www.DormanTPMS.com.
