Deeza Chassis Parts announced that it has completed the construction of its new 280,000-square-foot production facility in Turkey. Production at the new facility began August 1.

Gokhan Kuru, president, Deeza Chassis Parts, announced that construction, which began mid-year in 2010, was completed three months ahead of schedule. The project was estimated to cost approximately $6 million, however, Deeza said the new plant’s cost ultimately reached $7.4 million.

The new plant has been constructed to be 100 percent environmentally safe and treats all the waste it produces, according to Deeza. The plant has two back-up generator systems that are capable of running the plant at full capacity. The production processes in the new facility have already been audited and approved by TUV NORD and ISO9001, with certificates issued by both entities. With the new plant, production capacity has now doubled to 8 million chassis parts per year, Deeza says.

“We continue experiencing increase in demand for our premium-quality chassis parts in both Europe and USA," said Kuru. "With its enhanced capabilities, our new facility will position us for future market and competitive challenges that we are expecting. Deeza will keep investing to provide its customers the high-quality products with on time delivery and [the] excellent service they deserve.”

“This accomplishment is a direct correlation to our commitment to grow the Deeza chassis brand. This is a milestone in our continued strategy to provide premium products as a global supplier and our commitment to excellence in all of our practices,” added Heath Breedlove, vice president of sales and marketing.
