Mac Tools knows that its customers are the technicians that keep America moving That’s why the company wanted to give back by giving one lucky customer a custom Mac Tools 75th Anniversary Trike.
The contest was held through the Mac Tools Facebook site (http://facebook.com/mactools38), from July 16 through Sept. 30, 2013. The winner was randomly selected on Oct. 9, 2013. Fans could “Like” Mac Tools’ Facebook page and receive a chance to win a Custom Mac Tools 75th Anniversary Trike built by Pigg Pen Cycles and designed in conjunction with the legendary Chip Foose. Additional chances to enter could be earned by sharing the Facebook post with friends and visiting the page daily to enter. But, sometimes, it only takes one entry to win.
More than 18,000 entries were received and Donovan Finch was randomly selected as the lucky winner. Donovan only entered the contest one time and Mac Tools was honored to deliver the Trike to Donovan at Fort Leonard Wood Army Base, located in the Missouri Ozarks. Donovan was joined by his Mac Tools Distributor Donald Carroll, family members, and a few of his friends and fellow engineers at the base to see the trike for the first time.
Donovan serves as an engineer in the Missouri National Guard and runs a diesel shop in his civilian life. Mac Tools felt it was a real honor to thank Donovan for what he does and for being a customer. Carroll had told him about the contest and how to enter.
