Hennessy Industries Launches New Line Of Auto Lifts

Hennessy Industries, Inc., a full-line wheel-service equipment manufacturer, has launched a new line of auto lifts under the BaseLine by COATS brand. Similar to BaseLine by COATS tire changers and wheel balancers, the new line of lifts is designed specifically for shops that want quality lifts at affordable prices.

“After three years of offering BaseLine by COATS changers and balancers, it’s obvious that there’s a demand from a large segment of shops for high-quality equipment without a high price tag,” said Kevin Keefe, Hennessy Industries’ vice president of marketing. “We know that customers in this segment are looking for an affordable unit that is reliable, does the job right the first time, and has parts and service support, and that’s what BaseLine lifts offer.”

Unlike most auto lifts at lower price points, BaseLine by COATS lifts use North American hydraulic units and pre-stretched cables for better performance, longer life and reliability, said the company.

“When purchasing lifts in this price range, most shops have to give up quality and reliability in terms of the hydraulic units and cables,” said Keefe. “The hydraulics in the BaseLine lifts will give customers the peace of mind that they’re getting a quality product.”

The BaseLine by COATS line of lifts offers a comprehensive selection of styles, including two-post, four-post, motorcycle/ATV, mid-rise and parking lifts. At 11,000 pounds, the BL211CF is one of the most versatile lifts featured in the new line. The two-post lift can accommodate passenger cars, light- to medium-duty vans, and utility trucks – especially those with uneven load distribution or payload.
