Griffin Motorwerke is currently looking for a journeyman technician with Audi and VW experience [Porsche knowledge a plus].

The ideal candidate would possess the following skills:
• Audi/VW specific, experience with other German makes a plus;

• Own your own tools;

• Minimum 5 years in the field
;
• Clean driver’s license/DMV record
;
• Think “out of the box” attitude
;
• Dealer training also a plus, but we appreciate non-dealer skills [aftermarket software tuning, custom alignments, fabrication and welding, track day prep]
;
• Work in a small business environment “like family”
; and
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in the field.
