400 Winners Announced in Raybestos Safety Center Prize Drawing

Second-quarter prize drawing benefits installers all across the country.

Winning is always a possibility when you’re a Raybestos Safety Center Member. In July, 400 technicians were able to give their shop a mini-makeover thanks to the Raybestos Safety Center’s Second Quarter Prize Drawing. The drawing awarded Safety Center Members with Raybestos trash cans, open/closed signs, creeper stools and key cabinets.

Members of the Raybestos Safety Center, which is currently more than 3,000 members strong, will next have the opportunity to win an invitation to a Raybestos Rookie Racing School. Offering classroom and on-track instruction by the Jeff Gordon/Mario Andretti Racing School, this exclusive Racing School offers technicians the chance to run real race cars featuring the same Raybestos pad compounds utilized by Joe Gibbs Racing every Sprint Cup race. The Rookie Racing School drawing will be held on Aug. 31, 2009.

Safety Center technicians are eligible for every quarterly prize drawing by way of membership. Membership into the Raybestos Safety Center costs only $69 and includes five sets of Raybestos safety glasses, five retro T-shirts, two Raybestos posters, one bay banner, one torque spec poster, 20 pens and two tacker signs. Enrollment also guarantees a year’s worth of promotional kits (posters, brochures, tally cards, etc.), as well as a full year of unlimited technical hotline access.

“We’re happy to see the Safety Center grow in popularity,” says Josh Russell, vice president of marketing for Affinia Global Brake and Chassis Group. “We pride ourselves in offering technicians one of the most comprehensive loyalty programs in the aftermarket and we are continually working on ways to improve the experience for our members.”
