DENSO Sales California, Inc. has introduced an oxygen sensor training and promotion kit designed especially for professional service technicians.

The training kit features a 12-minute sales training video that provides detailed information for the professional technician on how to explain to consumers just how oxygen sensors function, the importance of conducting regular system checks and why proper servicing of oxygen sensors is important to maximize a vehicle’s performance.

The video provides insight on the features and benefits of DENSO First Time Fit premium oxygen sensors. All of DENSO oxygen sensors conform to the OE form, fit and function that today’s technicians demand. The video is available on CD-ROM or DVD.

The kit also includes a full-size DENSO oxygen sensor diagnostic poster and countermat that service technicians can use in their shops to help educate consumers about the importance of periodic systems checks for their vehicle’s oxygen sensors.

“We are thrilled to offer this valuable information to our customers,” said Richard Shiozaki, senior vice president. “Through this kit, we hope to display DENSO’s dedication to superior quality and customer service, as we help teach them how to best communicate to their customers the benefits of offering a premium line of oxygen sensors.”

DENSO brand of premium aftermarket products also includes starters, alternators, fuel pumps, A/C compressors, condensers, expansion valves, receiver driers, accumulators, cabin air filters, oil filters, air filters, spark plugs, ignition wires and wiper blades.
