Broadly To Host Workshops With ThinkLikeAnApp

Workshops are designed to teach auto service providers to build more trust among customers, prospects and employees.

Automotive services software provider Broadly, Inc. and ThinkLikeAnApp have teamed up to deliver a series of workshops for auto service provider shop owners, managers and staff.

For over five years, Broadly has been delivering software that helps shops build their reputation, engage with the modern consumer and make the payment processing simple and contactless. Broadly has sought out the team at ThinkLikeAnApp to offer shop owners a workshop that focuses on the why and how to build more trusted customer relationships.

Matt Baker, VP of growth at Broadly and longtime executive in the local small business space, is leading the effort to deliver quality, compelling content to the entire auto shop and service provider sector.

“We are always looking to find partners who bring a unique point of view and can help our existing shop owner customers and other shop owners better meet the changing and evolving demands of today’s modern consumer,” Baker said. “I’ve known Neal Polachek, founder of ThinkLikeAnApp, for sometime and he always speaks in ways that small business owners can ‘get it.’ More recently I have come to know his business partner, Dori Etter, who is, in her own right, a compelling force and first-rate teacher.”

The workshops will be delivered on three consecutive Tuesdays, beginning tomorrow, April 13. The workshops are being sponsored by the Broadly team with the intention of helping both customers and non-customers.

“Neal and I are really looking forward to teaching auto service providers to leverage the three pillars of ThinkLikeAnApp — Authenticity, Transparency and Immediacy — so they can build more trust among their customers, prospects and employees. Together we’ve built content that will speak to the needs of auto shop owners no matter where they’re doing business today,” Etter said.
