Brembo Receives ACPN Content Excellence Award

BremboParts.com showcases the company’s brake pad offerings for more than four million vehicle models, cars and trucks.

Brembo recently received a Silver award from the Automotive Content Professionals Network (ACPN) for content on the company’s BremboParts.com aftermarket component online catalog.

The annual awards recognize the best examples of electronic cataloging, product content and business to business systems in the vehicle aftermarket. Catalogs, content and systems are judged on a variety of criteria ranging from compliance with Auto Care Association’s Content Exchange Standards ACES and PIES, and best practices to readability and technical accuracy, innovation, interactivity, user experience and quality of content.

“In 2017, we accepted the challenge of putting the entire range of Brembo replacement brake pads and rotors online,” said Walter Keating, Brembo North America, aftermarket manager. “We have taken measured steps to make sure that the online catalog is easy to navigate and contains all of the necessary information and technical data that a consumer or repair shop needs to identify the right part for their purchase decision. Our global Brembo team, along with our suppliers and web support group, have worked diligently to make BremboParts.com an award-winning brake parts information destination. It is a testament to the whole team to be recognized by the ACPN.”

BremboParts.com showcases the company’s brake pad offerings for more than four million vehicle models, cars and trucks, as well as its UV coated replacement brake rotors, performance brake fluids and the Brembo B-Quiet brake component lube. In addition to identifying the specific OE quality replacement parts they need, consumers can view QR (Quick Response) codes scanned from the packaging, so technicians and DIY’ers can directly access videos that describe fitting instructions for each application. Genuine Brembo brakes, rotors, fluids and lube can be purchased directly at BuyBrembo.com.
