The Summit Racing Equipment I-X Piston Powered Auto-Rama announced another new feature to the world’s largest indoor showcase of its kind featuring custom cars, trucks, antique construction equipment, motorcycles, tractors, planes, military equipment, interactive displays and more. The March 14-16, 2014 show will now include a Pinstriper’s Charity Panel Jam. The Krazy Paint Charity Panel Jam will be featured in the South Hall Hot Rod Asylum as both local and nationally renowned pinstripers amaze the crowd with their skills and talents as they create works of art for charity.

Items up for sale and auction include purses, panels, toilet seats, mailboxes and many other unique items. Each day prior to the auctions, stripers will be on hand to “decorate” personal items like cell phones and purses from visitors for donations. All proceeds from the auctions and sales will benefit the Career and Technical School Foundation which raises money to provide scholarships and buy supplies for the Cuyahoga Valley Career Center.

"Our on-going promise to attendees is to create a better and different show every year," said Show Manager Steve Legerski.  “With all the other exciting events taking place during the show, the Pinstriper’s Charity Panel Jam is sure to be among the favorites for all ages. This new addition to the 2014 show will demonstrate unique talents and take entertainment to a whole new level, all while supporting a great cause.”

Krazy Paint was created by John “JC” Carollo and Ryan “Old Skool” Mohr. According to Mohr, “We wanted to put a Panel Jam together to help out our local charities. The only rule was that it had to benefit kids. John and I have been doing this for three years now, and we are very thankful for the generous people that have purchased the artwork, as well as our incredibly talented, fellow stripers that have donated their time and talents to help this be successful.”

Auctions will take place each day of the Summit Racing Equipment I-X Piston Powered Auto-Rama. Items scheduled to be auctioned include bowling pins, art panels and many other unique items including a customized Hot Rod Pedal Car from Genuine Hotrod Hardware Inc. as part of the Genuine Hotrod Hardware Pedal Car Challenge Presented by Summit Racing Equipment.

ABOUT THE CHARITY
The charity for Krazy Paint is the Career and Technical School Foundation (CTFS). The CTFS raises money to provide scholarships and buy supplies for Cuyahoga Valley Career Center (CVCC) students learning new careers such as art, construction and transportation to name a few. It’s a natural partnership as many students are in automotive programs including body and paint.
