Rancho Launches Suspension Lift Kits For 2017 Ford Superduty Trucks

The Rancho 5-inch radius arm system (RS66552B) includes full radius arms with OE-matching rubber mounts and lower brackets at the axle, allowing for caster adjustment to fine tune handling and ride.

Tenneco’s Rancho brand has released new Ford Superduty suspension systems and leveling kits, now including a 5-inch radius arm lift kit, 5-inch drop bracket lift kit and a 2.5-inch leveling system.

The new kits offer driveability, performance and customization features for on- and off-road 2011-2017 Ford F-250/F-350 4WD diesel trucks, Tenneco said.

“After the successes of our original lift kits for Superduty trucks, we knew we needed to continue to expand our product offering,” said Chris Gauss, director of performance products at Tenneco. “These new systems speak to our meticulous engineering approach and enthusiast-first attitude.”

The Rancho 5-inch radius arm system (RS66552B) includes full radius arms with OE-matching rubber mounts and lower brackets at the axle, allowing for caster adjustment to fine tune handling and ride. Additionally, the kit includes new front coil springs to lift the front five inches, new track bar relocation brackets, and a drop pitman arm to maintain factory steering geometry. The system fits up to 37-inch tires with minor trimming.

The Rancho 5-inch drop bracket system (RS66554B) features drop brackets that adjust the suspension geometry to accommodate five inches of lift and allow for re-use of the factory radius arms, Tenneco said. The system also includes new front coil springs, new track bar relocation brackets and a drop pitman arm. The system fits up to 37-inch tires with minor trimming.

The Rancho 2.5-inch radius arm leveling system (RS66553B) includes full radius arms with OE-specific rubber upper mounts and lower brackets at the axle, allowing for caster adjustment. Additionally, the kit includes new front coil springs to level the front of the truck with the rear. The system fits up to 35-inch tires with minor trimming.

Depending on the application and driver-desired ride profile, the new Rancho Ford Superduty lift kits and leveling system are also compatible with Rancho RS7000 MT and RS5000 X series shock absorbers, Tenneco adds.

The Rancho Ford F-250/F-350 performance suspension systems and leveling kits include a Performance Guarantee and 90-day risk-free trial.
