TRICO Launches New Website Design with User Friendly Features

Trico Products' new redesigned website features a fresh look and highly searchable design. The home page's new graphics and layout make it easier for consumers and installers to navigate the site to search for information on particular blade lines and find important product details.

Trico Products’ new redesigned website, www.tricoproducts.com, featuring a fresh look and highly searchable design. The home page’s new graphics and layout make it easier for consumers and installers to navigate the site to search for information on particular blade lines and find important product details.

“This new website was created with both consumers and installer mind,” said James Croston, director of marketing for Trico Products. “We know that site visitors are looking for key product information, which is now arranged by product line. The layout of the site is more efficient than ever, making it easy to search and retrieve information.”

TRICO’s new site offers online catalogs allowing users to find the number needed for each vehicle. Visitors can search among automotive, heavy-duty truck, recreational vehicle and bus catalogs. The site also provides a page to help locate nearby retailers and installers that carry TRICO wiper blades and accessories for automobiles and recreational vehicles. There are thousands of authorized W.I.P.E.R. installers, as well as a host of retail locations for do-it-yourselfers that want to install their own blades.

With the new format, users can navigate easily among the site, including searching among previously viewed pages. Another innovative feature allows users to register their vehicles with TRICO for updates indicating when it is time to change one’s windshield wipers and what kind of wiper blades are needed.

“TRICO’s new site is making it even easier for customers to information they need,” said Croston. “We know personalized reminders are very helpful to people, so we’re happy to offer the chance to remind customers to change their blades.”
