The Timken Company has received a 2010 Monro Muffler Brake Inc. Vendor Excellence Award. Timken supplies Monro, one of United States' largest automotive and tire service chains, with their full line of automotive aftermarket products nationwide.

The award recognizes Timken’s commitment and performance as a supplier to Monro.

“We are proud to honor The Timken Company with our 2010 Vendor Excellence Award in recognition of its contributions to our continued success,” said Dave Baier, vice president of merchandising, Monro.  “Attention to quality and service are the key factors in earning this award”.

The award was presented to Timken at the recent Monro Muffler Brake Vendor Appreciation Dinner in Rochester, NY.
