The hotline connects automotive professionals directly to the FRAM lab in Perrysburg, OH, where automotive experts are on standby.

The hotline connects callers with a live expert in approximately 30 seconds. Multilingual agents are also available and can support callers in English, Spanish or French.
Extended hotline hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST.
