Here’s a tip that’s particularly effective during the hot summer months! Tell your techs that when they go for a test drive, they should stick a thermometer in the AC outlet. If it’s not as cool as it should be, all that they need to do is write the recorded temperature down on the repair order. You can bet that your customers want to stay as cool as possible when it’s hot outside, so this approach is a win for them when you help them stay cooler, a win for the tech when it turns into a job, and a win for you when you sell more AC work!
