Schrader-Bridgeport International, Inc. announces the availability of the company’s AirAware Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) Installer Training DVD in French and Spanish language versions.

Approximately 35 minutes long, the DVD provides a general overview of TPMS and details the recommended service procedures for removing and reinstalling TPMS sensors. Particular attention is given to proper removal of the bead and remounting of the tire to the wheel to avoid sensor damage. The DVD also provides instruction on scan tool operation, the importance of replacing all TPMS components with new ones, correct torque wrench use, and examples of TPMS re-learn procedures.

The Schrader TPMS Training DVD is designed to be a useful tool for tire repair shops, given the rapidly increasing number of TPMS-equipped vehicles.

Schrader is dedicated to ensuring that TPMS vehicles are properly serviced by tire technicians. In addition to the training DVD, Schrader has 15 TIA-certified Automotive Tire Service Instructors.
