RepairPal Announces Partnership with AutoNation to Deliver Service Appointments

RepairPal has announced a strategic partnership with AutoNation to deliver targeted auto service appointments to AutoNation's 253 retail establishments.

RepairPal has announced a strategic partnership with AutoNation to deliver targeted auto service appointments to AutoNation’s 253 retail establishments.

RepairPal’s AppointmentsPlus Network is the first auto service appointment network covering the entire nation and supporting all car makes for both dealer and independent repair shops, precisely targeting repair shops based on the consumer’s car model, location, and service needed.

Through RepairPal, auto repair shops receive leads that come in as live phone calls from customers who need service. According to RepairPal, shops avoid wasted time on the phone because the customers are targeted by location and car make. Consumers also receive an estimate from RepairPal, which the company explains helps to prevent “sticker shock” when they get the exact quote from the shop, also making them less likely to go “shop around” to see if it’s a fair price. All this adds up to an easy and efficient way to bring in additional profitable business and create satisfied long-term customers, according to the company.

“We look forward to participating in RepairPal’s AppointmentsPlus Network,” said Greg Manson, VP, service operations at AutoNation. “RepairPal’s precisely targeted offering brings us the type of new customers we want.”

“Partnering with a world-class operation like AutoNation gives our users the assurance they’re getting quality service when their car needs repair, and proves that our solution scales with the largest organizations,” said David Sturtz, CEO RepairPal.com.
